artist's statement:
Darkness is true to the world in which we live, There is a decay among us that is chosen to be ignored. We run, hide, and turn our backs—but we can not outrun ourselves. I pull my art from that which we all ignore — from the filth that has poured itself into even what some might call holy. It is my hope I can open at least some minds and eyes to the horrors we (humanity) are creating.

about the artist
Seth Rose— a dark surrealist living in Edmonton, Canada—creates his macabre visions in the digital medium. Art has always been a part of his life.

Seth states, 'Ever since I was a child, art was all I was interested in. Comics were my main source of inspiration. I was constantly trying to draw them in one way or another, The super heroes always tend to bore me—I would always relate more to the villain—always hoping that maybe just this once that their sinister plan would go off."

With many projects on the go and many more coming and in the works he shows no signs of slowing down and is always looking to do more than he already is.
